The Training Center is for men and women who desire to be a part of a team that establishes healthy churches among the nations.

We are looking for men, women, families, and singles who:

• Possess godly character

• Are faithful members of a local church

• Are able to clearly articulate the gospel

• Are committed to establishing healthy churches

• Are affirmed by their church to serve overseas long-term

• Are at least 24 years old

The Safir Global Training Center is located in Western Asia in a location strategically chosen for its centrality to unreached areas and people groups.

In local apartments near the training center.

For the long-term health of the family and work, we do expect both spouses to participate in the program. Children of all ages, as well, have programming designed specifically for them and are cared for while their parents are in classes.
